Rest, relax, reconnect

Whether you have practised yoga before or not, pregnancy is your time either to start or pick up your practice again. Yoga has all sorts of physical and emotional benefits. 


Practising yoga during pregnancy helps support the body during all the changes it experiences right up until birth, it has been proven to reduce anxiety, depression and perceived stress. Pregnancy yoga may also shorten the duration of labour and increase the odds of a vaginal birth with minimal intervention.

And maybe you'll find a new community along the way!

Interested? I teach weekly yoga classes on Tuesdays from 6:30 - 7:30pm at Hoylake Parade Community Centre for mothers-to-be at all stages of pregnancy (and for partners if they'd like to join too). 


If you've never been to a yoga class before, I know it can feel intimidating. I promise to offer a welcoming space where all levels, ages, bodies and questions are welcome. 

If you don't think group classes are for you yet, I also teach private classes both in person and online.
